Mamire is the last child, the last grandchild, the last student, and the last shepherd left in a small rural village in the mountains of Chile. Entire families have left the village, lured by the fascination of the cities. Shortly before he is about to leave with his parents, the child makes up a plan to change the fate of his beloved village.
